Hexagon's seem to be popping up everywhere right now so I decided to jump on the bandwagon with some art for my spare bedroom.

What do you guys think? I wanted to draw in the reds, golds and blues that were in the fan above the bed.

How did you do it?  Is it paper on wood? or paint? I can't tell!  It fits the room nicely, though!

Hey Bella, the hexagons are made with card stock, not painted on.

I did write a tutorial for it if you want to check it out: http://createbakeblog.wordpress.com/2015/01/23/easy-hexagon-decor/

I am really liking all the hexagon stuff popping up too. Honeycomb and herringbone are my favorite patterns, so just waiting for the herringbone to come in.

I like the colors you picked, they suit the room nicely.
