In addition to being a fabulous crafter, alwaysinmyroom is also a magical gardener! Her beautiful garden was the inspiration for this box of doodley knick knacks that I recently sent her.

I repurposed one of my birchboxes and painted these flowers (inspired by a drawing I saw on Pinterest) to cover the top.

Inside, there are ATCs and other little artsy things.

I included a couple of pieces that contain wildflower seeds.

And a little cube with garden veggies painted on each side.

I painted these on small scraps of leather.

I made a teeny book from an old post card and put garden themed quotes inside.

Lastly, the Go Sit on a Cactus kit that I posted earlier Smiley.

There is still quite a lot of room left in the box so I might have to send some more garden doodles her way!

Art makes me happy, and birds. Birds make me happy too.

Wow! This is such a wonderful little collection! I am so inspired by your work. What a cheerful little thing to have lying around when you need a smile and a pick-me-up.

What a wonderful box of goodies! Your hand lettering is so neat. I really love "birch, please". Cheesy

I am indeed very lucky to be the recipient of this box of love and art!  Funny how the inspiration goes both ways...I now want to make my garden even more special!

Thank you, dear lime, for this lovely box to cheer me up through our harsh winter...it will make me dream of spring!

I just love the tiny cube...and I can't wait to see what springs forth from the seeds that I plan on scattering in one of the meadows!

You are so talented and generous...xxooxxoo

Such lovely art! I love the little seed container with "Grow, dammit" on it. I always say that when I plant anything, hoping it will encourage things to grow. It seems to work Cheesy
