Sugar and Cream is worsted weight cotton.  You can use any pattern that calls for worsted weight yarn.  Be sure to swatch first.

I've used Sugar n Cream to make a few Umbilical Cord Hats from SnB. It takes less than one ball per hat.

I'd just like to say that all they have on the website is crochet patterns, in terms of free patterns.

I too have made an Umbilical Cord hat in sugar n cream

Ohhh sugar n cream...  How do I love thee?  Lemme count the ways.

1. You're cheap!
2. You're soft, cool, and comfy!
3. You come in pretty soft colors!
4. You're cheap!
5. You just started coming in larger skein sizes!
6. You wash wonderfully!
7. You're, well, cheap!

Thank you, that is all.

Ahh.  I didn't really hunt anythign down, altho I did find stuff in their "decor" section: http://www.sugarncream.com/pattern.php?PG=home&PT=k (mainly washcloths and a bathmit).

I'm willing to bet that LionBrand Kitchen Cotton is pretty comparable.  They have more pattern suggestions: http://www.lionbrand.com/yarns/kitchen.htm

And, I've done the Little Devil Hat (the baby version of the one in SNB) in one of those (S&C or KC).

I used Sugar and Cream to knit Lelah, which there is a pattern for in the completed projects section. It's not specifically for that yarn but I think it works very well.
