Too much time on my hands.

I just found this place and I can't believe there's a whole forum for iron-on transfer fans!  Grin

I've been doing transfers for a little while, but am still learning. I also know now I need a better inkjet printer. Undecided I'm considering the Canon Pixma ip3000 or 4000, but recommendations are welcome. Smiley

This is a favorite shirt of mine, and I've had to make one for two other people after they saw mine. A lot of people ask where I got it, and I get all proud when I say I made it. Smiley

Here's an artsy shot of me in the original Aqua Teen Hunger Force Meatwad shirt I made for myself (Sorry I can't find the original shot. The shirt is light blue):

Here's the one I had to make for my friend Jerica:

After over a year of wear and dozens of washings, my Meatwad shirt is only starting to crack now. I used the Avery dark t-shirt transfers on a cotton/spandex shirt.

This Morrissey shirt I made is from a magazine cover and I had to Photoshop out all the text. I think it worked out well:

I make iron-ons for probably the same reason a lot of you do - because you can't find what you really want on a t-shirt in the stores!  Roll Eyes I want to start getting a little more artsy with my designs. I'm so impressed by everyone on here! Smiley

OMG Meatwad! That's awesome. I wanted a bunny rabbit. I was going to name him Nathan--that's Latin for "warm," by the way--Nathan Scott Phillips.

Aww, now I wish I had a meatwad shirt.  So cute, so gross...

I read your manifestos and strange religious tracts.  You took me to your library and kissed me in the stacks.

Thanks! Smiley Avery dark t-shirt transfer. I can email you the pic too. It's super-big, so the quality is great. I have Shake, Frylock, Carl, and Meatwad from this same set of awesome, high quality pics. The person has subsequently taken them off the web, but I got them before they went away! Smiley

Also, if your bf wants a few of my [as] stickers/magnets, lmk. Just pay postage. That goes for any other [adultswim] fans on here too. Smiley I can't seem to link the direct page, but just go to www.myspace.com/bargainbetty and follow the link.

Or just PM me anyone. The link isn't easy to spot.  Undecided
