My friend Graverobbergirl got me a my little pony pattern for my birthday so after making myself a pony I have been making Christmas presents for a cousin of mine who happens to love Princess Luna.  While I love how she came out and I want one for myself I am probably never making her again because she was so much work.

For the wings I reinforced them with strips of boning since I didn't like how they looked stuffed. The stars are actually scrapbooking brads that I found cheap on eBay.

Pics before wings were attached for more detail:

She is made of felt and fleece and is over 13 inches tall.

The pattern for the body was created by Dolphinwing (I used the standard pony pattern) and can be purchased from her etsy store. She has a separate pattern specifically for the princess ponies that is different but I just made the wings larger and drafted the mane and tale patterns myself to save money since I already owned the standard pattern:

Thanks for looking!

Excellent job--great plush anatomy and I like how you did her swirly-patterned mane and tail (I think a lot of the FiM hair styles are hard to capture in 3-dimensions).
