I never wrote down an exact recipe for this but my boyfriend loved it.

Get a pre-made chocolate crust (Keebler or HoneyMaid or something). Spread some fat free peanut butter in the bottom. Put in fridge to chill.

Then melt some chips from a peanut-butter and chocolate chip mix (Tollhouse makes them I believe). Pour this on top of the peanut butter.

Next, prepare a package of fat-free instant chocolate pudding (According to the PIE directions on the box). When you've following the box directions, add about 1/2 cup lite Cool Whip to the pudding mix. Stir until the puddingy stuff is kinda light brown and flecked.

Pour the pudding over top of the chocolate/peanut butter layers. Then chill for a few hours.

Serve with some CoolWhip on top if you wish,
