I was recently paired up with Smeddley in the IYP swap, and from talking to her - I wanted to give her something really personal Smiley As I am completely addicted to finding old dust covered books and re-loving them with some art work, I chose to make another of my re-loved books.
I asked her to write down a number of scentences beginning with the words I am. ...

This is the result. Smiley

THis was an interesting page to make. As smeddley had written I am imaginative, I chose to spill a load of paint on the page and then imagine something in the paint....... the dragon appeared quite wonderfully Smiley

And of course the final bit Smiley At some point during our conversations, I discovered smeddley quite likes looking out of a window at a cool fall day. I just knew I had to make her a window to look out of Smiley

Im not an artist, by any means. The paintings are nave, but these re-loved books are really a space I pour my heart into.
Comments always welcome Smiley

I love your wonderful book.

I am shaky. I am sad. I am depressed. I am mad. I am an artist which drives me crazy. I love music which makes me hazy. I am a lover of pets. Can't get no rest. But I love my friends here which are the best.

I make journal books too.

I want to get back into painting. Sewing has taken most of my time lately. But my fingers just want to be covered in glue! And paste, and paints. And maybe some stitching into the book, too.

I love to rip the shreads out of old books. At first it bothered me, but I am over it now. Because what is created is a wonderful creation.

Very nice share. I have enjoyed your pages.

This is amazing!  I mean just amazing.  My favorite page is I am imaginative with what look like tiny bookmarks on the bottom of the page.

It would be the perfect thing to look through when feeling sad or blue!! You are going to have a lot of partner requests in the next IYP swap and a lot of PM's requesting one of these beauties from you!

This is one of the most personal and beautiful things I've ever seen sent in a swap. Don't you dare say you're not an artist; it's gorgeous! I am blown away by your thoughtfulness.
