This was my first attempt at a sprinkles cake as well as a strawberry cake and I think it turned out pretty well! I made this for a family gathering and it was gone in a flash!  Cheesy

The strawberry cake recipe was from Allrecipes. Link here:

http://allrecipes.com/recipe/strawberry-cake-from-scratch/detail.aspx

The cake itself was moist, fluffy with a good crumb and great strawberry flavour.

The Nutella Creamcheese frosting (I made on the spot):

Ingredients:

3 8oz packages of creamcheese
1 Cup Nutella
2 tsp vanilla
Confectioners sugar to taste and consistency (I used about 1/2 Cup as Nutella is sweet enough and I didn't want my frosting too soft or runny)

Directions:

Add creamcheese, Nutella and Vanilla in a bowl and mix on medium high for 5 minutes or until well blended.
Gradually add confectioners sugar.
Try not to eat all of it before frosting your cake.

 Cheesy

So pretty!!! Sprinkles are like glitter.....never enough. That frosting sounds great esp of the cheese instead of powdered sugar.
