I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

What a most fantastic day! Not only did I receive the upper echelon of all HP swap packages, I also get to share first. This is going to be a looong post, so grab a drink and be blown away. Please post your photos Mistress Jennie; mine do no justice!

Upon opening the box of pure joy, I saw that Mistress Jennie takes great care in packaging her items. Just seeing the wrapping made me feel special! Everything was color coordinated and carefully thought out.

First came some UK goodies (Jammie Dodgers are the best thing in the world. They are all gone now) as well as a super cool Mad Eye Moody dish cloth! This has to be an original because I've never seen one. Jennie made apple cider jelly that is currently in the fridge waiting for some crusty bread, or crackers, or maybe just a spoon!

Next came a Ravenclaw bookmark for my House and a flying Ford Anglia bookmark for my favorite magical object! I happened to be the recipient of one of her bookmarks a while ago, and I am thrilled to have two more. I love them. Then there were two bracelets, one Patronus themed and one Favorite Creature themed. My Patronus (don't laugh) is a lawn gnome and centaurs are so exciting! So, at this point I was a bit swoony because all these brilliant items were labeled as extras. EXTRAS! Ahhhhhh! More about the Patronus bracelet later.

A centaur charm! That's unbelievable.

I took a break here in the opening process because it was so fantastic that I wanted to drag it out. That lasted about 10 seconds. These next items were the required small, medium, and large, as if the previous bounty hadn't been wholly acceptable as a swap package. It was one squee worthy item after another! And I never squee. Oh! On to the fantastical-ness! For the small, or medium, came the most beautifully crafted dream catcher based off my fave character, Dumbledore. Jennie's work is flawless. Divine!

Still more! She spoilt me so. The medium was (hold on!!!) a Sorcerer's Companion charm bracelet. That's right. I now own a coveted Mistress Jennie piece. The Sorcerer's Companion, for those who may not know, is an excellent reference guide for all things magical. Jennie masterfully crafted a bracelet with several topics from the book, like a phoenix, a rune, a hand for Palmistry, and even a wee potion bottle and cauldron! It is simply amazing.

Some of the other charms are a gryffin, gnome, owl, mermaid, shooting star for Astrology, cat (McGonagall!), fairy, book of charms, unicorn, broom, and dragon. eeee.

And then came the large. As if my heart hadn't already stopped from pure joy. Oh, sweet pumpkin pasties....it is a frikkin' History of Magic ART QUILT!!!  Shocked It is huge! One side is all bookish, because us Ravenclaws never remove our noses from books, and the other boasts the Deathly Hallows. The stitching is impeccable, just like everything Jennie creates. I was pretty must toast after opening that, and I don't remember any more of the day.

Remember I mentioned the Patronus bracelet earlier? Well, guess what it does (besides exude awesomeness)?

How can I thank you, Mistress Jennie? You covered my questionnaire completely, crafted exquisite items, and sent a wonderfully thoughtful note. You are one in a million.  Kiss

The glow of the bracelet reminds me of the way the patronus glows in the movies, Clever!
