Hello fellow crafters!

I have been busily making some beautiful baskets out of sisal, but the problem is I can only buy the rope in neutral colors. I would like to branch out and make them in bolder tones, and I think I can only do that if I dye it. I read the post on dyes, but I am not sure which one would work best for this material. If anyone has some experience with this I would lobe to hear about it.

Thanks

seeing as sisal is a plant, I'd assume you'd get away with using fibre reactive dyes on it... I've only ever dyed yarns and fibres from hemp, flax, and cotton plants...
