I jammed the arm on my old singer sewing machine a couple years ago, and have no idea where to take it to get it repaired.  I live in Beaverton and used to take it to the sewing room (which is it's new name) before it was sold because their repair man was one of the best, well, he no longer works there and I have been told where NOT to go, but I haven't been told any good places to go.  The only recommendation I have been given is to take it up to Sew Expo in Seattle, well, that's kind of an expensive trip for my sewing machine, which is why it's still not fixed.  So if anyone can recommend a good place to go, I would be greatly appreciative!!

It's a singer fashion mate 362. I love this machine, it's what I learned to sew on and I want to teach my daughter on it.
