what else i need to do to bring out the best in these Tshirts

Your "website" confuses me. It's cutesy-girly but the t-shirts are a different style altogether. Not sure what's going on there, and there are lots of free sites to sell from that look more like a store and not have weird, unrelated "business" and "health" menu buttons included. It will be difficult to sell things to people just using your email. You need a shopping cart where folks can order, pay, and then you just ship the item. The shirts themselves are pretty cool, it's not my style but I can definitely see them selling. I don't know what your local market looks like - you're in India? Couldn't hazard a guess at how to do business there or how saturated the market might be.
