This is me too!  I've been interested in different eras throughout my life.  Right now it's the 1940s, I collect things from 1930s-1960s and have sewn a few 1940s style outfits for myself (since real vintage clothing is hard to find and expensive).  I used to love the Victorian era as a teenager and Little House on the Prairie as a child (actually, I still do).  I would love to do this swap!

So, since we have some good interest, please post about when you might be able to do this. I am thinking September...

There's a lot of good swaps lined up for August and September.  I may or may not be able to do it then.  Also, it would depend on the size of the swap. I try to limit myself to 3 swaps since that's about all I can juggle.

My local group is not as active as I wish it was however they do put on a battle of the inland seas every year I have went to a school to teach kids about the renaissance. I might be moving to clarksville and they have a lot of events. The events are not really publi reenactments like you would think of them mostly everyone is already in the group or wants to learn about the sca and most of the evens require you to be in costume too. www.sca.org
