I made this little shrine for the Shrine Swap last year and just never got around to posting it. The base is a circular candy tin from Trader Joe's that has a nifty little window in it. I thought it was the coolest ever because you can close the shrine and still peak in. The shrine itself was pretty simple because I spent most of my time on a larger one. See my other shrine from this swap way back here: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=425051.msg5058856#msg5058856

Oh wow, I love this configuration so much I might have to steal the idea!  I really like this shrine!   Cheesy

Great way to reuse an interesting tin! I love that it's not a traditional shape and agree that the window is SO cool!!

Thanks! I just wish I had put more effort into filling it up with interesting things. I actually tried to cannibalize a small solar path light to light it up, but that wound up not being a very simple task, so I abandoned it. I have a stack of the round tins with the windows left in my craft supplies, so hopefully I'll get to alter some more soon Smiley
