I started having trouble with my tension. After not even one stitch the machine starts making strange noises and the bobbin seems to unwind in a strange way. Then I also realized that the upper thread has not much tension at all. I tried adjusting the tension dial up and down and nothing changes. Did anyone have the same problem and knows how to fix it? thanks

Tried another bobbin?

bottom tension-check bobbin holder and shuttle for thread ends, lint , etc.
top tension-check routing, even check the discs

have you installed the bobbin backwards?  Usually, you hold the bobbin in  your right hand, with the thread going away from you, and insert into the bobbin holder in your left hand.
