Gorgeous re-do, and I absolutely love the welting! I am also a fan of using modern fabrics on antique furniture. I love that look. You were brave to tackle such a huge job on this chair. It would have intimidated the heck out of me; not sure I could deal. Thanks for sharing the process!

This is wonderful Wulf. We have 2 mid-century modern chairs that the man loves but I would like a wingback someday and have always wanted to cover it in something interesting. You did an incredible and inspiring job.
