fiberartsy - I really want to see that embroidery next to a ruler or something to show it's scale. The stitching is incredibly precise and adorable. I love how sharp the vespa came out.

You know I didn't even think to take a photo with anything for scale.  Maybe LisasTeaTime can?  I would say it's a little over an inch wide.

I can do that! I'll get one when I get home from work tonight. It's tiny!

This is why swaps are so dangerous. They enable new obsessions. MUST have tiny embroidery hoops. Must have!
Ruh Roh!!  I've started something!!   Smiley  I'm pretty sure I've found most of my tiny hoops at thrift stores.

WHY don't we have awesome thrift stores like that in Dallas? It's criminal. Sigh. I did an internet search and I'm not terribly happy with any of the tiny hoops I found. Which is why I'm contemplating making my own using a mold and some hard plastic medium Cheesy

Looks like I'm next in line to post some awesomeness! I received from arwenjade and it's amazing!! Check it out:

It's a realistic botanical rendition of a Mario fire flower!!! She based it off the red Gerbana Daisies she has in her yard.

I couldn't love it more! THANK YOU arwenjade!!
