Had to celebrate Star Wars day and decided we needed cupcakes!

Devils food chocolate with vanilla buttercream frosting and a chocolate ganache drizzle.  But the best part about these is my new chocolate mold!  Han Solo in carbonite.  Love it.  I actually found it at the second hand store a couple weeks ago.
