I made this as one of the items for the rainbow swap.  My partner likes Alice in wonderland and I had this idea to make a 3-D picture of Alice falling down the rabbit hole with all the objects floating around her.

Alice is made from a McDonald's happy meal Barbie.  I spray painted her and then painted on an Alice-type dress and gave her a new face.  I found little objects in my stash to float around her as she falls--buttons, dollhouse items, etc.

And I had this nice blue metallic paint that I just brushed over the gold frame.  It went together pretty fast, usually I spend much longer on my projects to get such great results!  I really like how it turned out!

This is so very cool! I couldn't even have guessed you used a happy meal Barbie for it! The dress is perfect as are the floating things about her! Great work!

You have turned Barbie into something infinitely better! Love all of the wee objects, too. Great job!!

This is just plain cool. Love the way she seems to be falling downward.
