I just started embroidering a couple months ago and bought a small shirt with the intent to embroider something on it for my daughter. I had no ideas until one week when she started acting like a brat and this was my little way of expressing my frustration.

I'm still debating if I want to embroider "Little Monster" underneath it.

I like the look of the straight stitches, but I'm afraid they'll catch on everything if she wears the shirt (especially the teeth, which are a little longer). Any suggestions on how to keep the same look without worrying about it catching?

I got the design here: http://corvustristis.wordpress.com/2010/07/07/do-monsters-tweet/

Oh my goodness! That is adorable and perfect for a little monster.  Cheesy I would leave it just like it is. It is really hard to embroider on knit, you did a great job!
