Made something for myself last weekend for an event yesterday. The pattern got a bit confusing at times and I made a couple of goofs not turning over the pattern pieces when I cut, but luckily I was able to make some adjustments and the error is only seen on the wrong side. I looked all over online for help when I got stuck and didn't find it so I'll be transcribing all my notes later to help someone else out there who decides to try it. Took a total of 14 hours for the dress. The purse I completed on another night.

That's a beautiful dress!
Both the colour and the shape look great on you.
And the matching purse is awesome too!

Nice work!  I've had this pattern for a while and haven't found the right fabric for it.  LOVE LOVE your dress!

You should give it a try. I had some issues but did a video picture blog if you run into snags.
