My favorite is french knots.
And my new favorite that I just recently learned is a split back stitch.

I really love how whipped backstitch looks. French knots are also a fave!

Hoop update: I finished the first aspect last night! I'm really excited about how the final product will look. Cheesy

I use backstitch and satin stitch for almost everything, but I do love the way seed stitch fills the space.

I don't really have a favourite stitch - i like to try to use whatever is most appropriate for the line i want. I do like trying out new stitches as after as i can

I want to learn new stitches.  I do a lot more xstitch than embroidery but it's on my list to work on.  I'm thinking a fun sampler should be in my near future.
