Made this cut paper  card for my daughter for her birthday. she is as nuts about kitties as I so it was easy to decide on a theme...

I did this bit by bit at work where there are only a pair of wonky kitchen scissors. I cannot believe it was this successful!

thanks to my daughter Acadian Driftwood for taking wonderful shots and providing them to me.

This is stunning. I can't believe how intricate it is and that you did it all with kitchen scissors. Only problem with a card like that is that you can't ever throw it away like other old cards.

KITCHEN SCISSORS ARE YOU KIDDING ME. And here I was thinking you'd done it with an exacto.

Great looking card with a nice sense of depth!  I particularly like the grass and tree.  I'm also a cat lover (we've got three of them).

If you have a pair of nail scissors, I find those work really great for fine work.  The blades are slightly curved, so it can be tricky to cut perfectly straight lines with them, but it's do-able.

Amazed by what you did there with 'wonky kitchen scissors'...as if regular kitchen scissors wouldn't have been difficult enough to work with. Lovely card!
