Damon You auto correct, great way to make friends calling us all fraudsters in your first post pmsl =) (sorry couldn't resist)

They make great decorative beads (depending on size) for macrame pot pourri holders.

Stick them on a box and call them legs

Paint them funky colours / patterns and use as embellishments on things

Melt them down and make a bowl

Hmmmm......

i have made several braided western necklaces using pony beads and Darice cord and conchos.  It is similariar to a lariat but much more attractive.  I have gotten compliments every time I wear it.

Agree with melting them, especially if they are translucent - you could make faux stained glass, coasters, place mats, etc.  Someone here also made a faux Tiffany style lampshade for a torch light using melted pony beads.  You could use brick stitch and a sturdy cord to weave them into an image to make a wall hanging or smaller off-loom woven ornaments - like these

Oh yes - and you could use it for filler for things like stuffed projects, bean bags, or what not too.
