I made a pair of Bonita Patterns' crocodile stitch baby booties for my little niece, and ever since then, her grandma has been making comments about how she would wear a pair in grownup size.  So... christmas present, obviously!

This was a little weird, because I'm left handed and the pattern is written from the right handed perspective, which usually doesn't matter, but does get confusing when you're working in the round with FPDC and BPDC.  Fortunately, I was able to work it out by looking at the pictures.

They're kind of awesome and kind of ridiculous, so I hope she loves them.

I do agree. They look crazy, but I like them! Very colorful. And a really neat stitch pattern.
My granny crocheted left handed most times, but she could do both. But lefty is how she taught me, as we could mirror one another. Me on the right hand, her on the left. And we matched stitches as we stitched along.
Back in the old school days, they forced lefties to switch...so she learned to be ambidextrious. But lefty was her main thing. My daughter is a lefty, too. Very interesting to accomodate the house for that.  Grin
I hope granny loves her slippers. They are very cute. And look nice and warm for her.

NEW REQUEST: Need quilting fabric with ONLY purple, grey, green. Solids or Prints in any combination/shades, but NO OTHER COLORS ALLOWED. HELP! They are hard to find.

I made a pair of those for my son (the tiny baby size!) and It was confusing looking at the pattern, even for my right-handed self!! I had to look elsewhere on the internet a tuto to learn it.

They came out great!!

Very cute, I'd wear them too.  I love the buttons, they add a little extra pizazz to them slippers.

There are a lot of adults who would love these booties.  They are absolutely great!

They look great! I'm curious how you sized them up, as I would love to make myself a pair, but I'm not sure how to size it properly. I love the color choices, and I'm sure they'll be a hit.

As a righty who has to stop and check her stitches every time she fp or bp stitches, I'm impressed you can do it basically backwards.
