I have a work xmas party that I'm attending on the 13th Dec, I'm fairly handy with patterns and a sewing machine but for the life of me I can't get my head round how I make the skirt in this dress.... I spent a couple of hours last night drafting a couple of patterns, but they didn't give me the effect that I want....

Can someone help me please??

TIA
