I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

Here is our traditional holiday favorite- Pumpkin Pie Wontons. It is a super simple recipe and tastes like a mini pumpkin pie. It is also the only reason I own a Fry Daddy thingie.

1 cup canned pumpkin
2 Tbs. maple syrup
3 Tbs. light brown sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
16 packaged wonton wrappers
Granulated sugar for dusting
Ground cinnamon for dusting

Mix pumpkin, maple syrup, light brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in bowl. Dollop a rounded teaspoon of mixture on wonton wrapper, moisten edges of wrapper, and press closed. I squish the edges with a fork.

Now here is where you can either spray them with cooking spray and bake them in a 400F oven for 15 minutes or do what I do and fry them in your deep fryer until golden. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and serve with whipped cream.

Whipped Cream directions:

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 to 3 Tbsp confectioner's sugar

Freeze mixing bowl and whisk for 10 minutes. Place mixing bowl on mixer, place a bag of frozen veggies under your bowl, and whip that cream till semi-stiff peaks form. Add vanilla and confectioner's sugar and whip till stiff peaks form. Save the rest, because there will be a bunch, and add to your morning coffee or pancakes. Or eat it right from the bowl, whatever.

Yummmy! Those look good. I don't own a fry daddy, but I would imagine I could use my deep skillet, and just flip them to fry. I will bookmark this one! Thanks! Cheesy
