I like chai flavours but not chai tea - not a fan of milky tea.  I like lattes occasionally and one of my coffee shops came up with tea latte drink once, and I thought I would give it a try (usually everything I have, coffee or tea, is black, and sugarless - purely naked, other than the occasional lemon), since I did start having a latte every few weeks a few years ago.  It was a tea latte sweetened with honey and I literally tried the first sip and spit it out.  I am sure there are those who would like it, but I couldn't even bring myself to swallow it.  But it just proved to me that I hate milky teas.

But, I do love tea ice creams or desserts - like green tea ice cream.  I probably would love a chai tea inspired ice cream too - the flavours would work for it - or it would make a great creme brulee!

Oh yes, and I loathe bubble tea.

On the upside, the same coffee company comes out with a holiday blend flavoured tea (and coffee for that matter) that is lovely - hints of citrus and berry blended with black tea.  Hope to see it again this year!

Is bubble tea actually tea? I always wondered.

I am collecting cotton Hawaiian fabric scraps for a quilt if you wanted to send any my way!

Yes, it's a tea based beverage -- sweet and milky and contains large tapioca pearls.  I thought it was interesting, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.  Cheesy

I have been having fun reading through all our tea topics.  I just made some Oolong.  It is my new favorite.  I have found that I can't work on my Pinterest tea board or read this thread without a cuppa!  Lol!

I have always liked tea.  I switch on and off between coffee, decaf coffee (always with cream, sugar, and chocolate if possible haha!) and tea for my morning drink.  I don't like a ton of caffeine.  I love herbal teas and medicinal teas and tinctures.  I love floral like rose and lavender.  I do like the chai spices of tea also.  I am really looking forward to this swap!  It has been fun already- I have been working on pinning a lot of tea related items to the board I created for this swap, and it has been enjoyable and inspiring!  Yay partners!
