It's been quite some time since I posted a project on here, but I'm very proud of this one.  On our way back from a nerdy boardgaming session, I saw this huge soccer ball in someone's garbage, as we cruised pass I noticed it was a chair.  I turned around and told my husband to load it up in the trunk, I'd fix this up, it was so interesting.  Not two seconds after he loaded it up, I knew what I'd do; our son has recently discovered Star Wars and become a huge fan, he'd have a death star chair by the time I was finished Cheesy  Here are a few pics of this adventure:

What a fantastic job you made of this chair.  I love that it is a Death Star as I am a big Star Wars fan myself.

I love that this is a dumpster-diving project! To transform something someone else put in the trash is a wonderful way to look at the world- not to mention that the concept of "sitting-on-the-death-star" will sure provide lots of fun moments.

In fact, I'm kind of wishing, I'd be sitting on the death star Grin

    Wonderful project! Grin
