Nice.   Smiley  Was there a special occasion?  What kinds of meat and cheese did you use?

We just had some family over for lunch. I used smoked loin (pork) and 2 types of sausages. One was supposed to be hot, but both turned out to be mild. The cheese was havarti, smoked something, I believe mozzarella, and feta.
