For example, to my future partner, what sorts of things do you like to receive?  Would like made for you?  Or do not want?  Anything you could always use more of or think you should have?

Yea, ditto

good questions to ask a partner, hazelly! I know we all like to swap to make things our partner really would like! Grin

This is a fun and interesting swap for sure....it is like two puzzles:  the scavenger part and finding out about our partners! Grin

So so tempting, I keep coming back to this thread and pondering. However I have just done two swaps which both ended on same day (one was lengthened half way through) being a slow crafter I was crafting until 10-11pm from 2-3pm and not being in the best health completely exhausted myself. That said I am dying to get back to knitting and have really enjoyed these in the past. What to do what to do??

Also am in England, is anyone else or at least Europe as am going to struggle with postage costs to America Canada Australia...

I've not done this swap either Felline, but I'd say fill out your questionnaire and join us if this will be the one swap you want to do and focus on.

If you want to take a break you can always craft in  parallel and just gift the items to yourself as a reward for finishing the other swaps.

It won't be the only one I am doing which is where the dilemma comes from. However it may be light relief from the other. Not that I wouldn't take it seriously of course I would, but knitting is my favourite craft and sewing which I will be doing in the other can get me frustrated as it is still new to me!

Decision made, am going to stay out of this one so I can give my other my full attention and make sure things are as good as they can be.

Sorry, hope to join you next round!

Last minute decision to send in my questionnaire - hope it is not too late.
I haven't done any swaps in ages, but I so want to do it again and with how much I love knitting and crocheting right now, it's perfect.

And seeing that I am not the only European craftster I don't have to feel so bad that just because of me one person has to pay a whole lot more for shipping fees. Always gives me a guilty conscience Wink

Feline2001--you should consider joining the Fake Swap Craftalong...haha...you are your own partner and just go along with a current swap but "send" to yourself!  I do that when I need a deadline for myself!

gosh, new_bee..glad you are joining!  Please never feel guilty about being international...a lot of people enjoy swapping international...yarn is light, right? Wink
