Yay!!!  I've *finally* gotten the computer!!!  I have to post this quick before ABS comes back and sees that I've hijacked the computer.  She's been sequestering it to work on the AWESOMEST project I've EVER seen her do!!! (but it makes it difficult for the rest of us to post things. rofl)

ButterflyAngel- I would *love* to!!!  I had to put my paints up because of little hands.

Vincentvanbuck- I love your painting.  It's monochromatic scheme reminds me of Sumi painting. Smiley

noodle-bug- OH!!!  Those bookmarks are TOO COOL!!! Smiley  I love old books and cried the day I was at a local mission resale and they went through all the books and hauled out garbage cans full of books for recycling.  Sad..... These are a MUCH better use of the old, I mean much loved, pages. Smiley  Your hedgehogs look absolutely *drool* worthy. Smiley  awwwwwwwwwwww Smiley  Your birthday cake pops are Cheesy so sweet!!!!  Oh I think your hat is ADORABLE!!!! Cheesy  He'd LOVE it.  Smiley

JennieIngram- Oh WoW!!!  You are BUSTIN out those bracelets!!!! That's so amazing to me.  Your bracelets are always so beautiful.  Smiley       Cheesy !!!!!!HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!! Cheesy  (That is a funny joke. Rofl smh lol : )
Magpirate- Painting on glass!!!  I've never tried that!!!  O.O  Yours turned out excellent! Smiley  Your chess set is so pre...... omg It's oreos.  They look like oreos.  So........... hungry.......... for...... oreos .......... now........... Cheesy  *thumbs up*

pottermouth- When ALB was born so soon after ABS I found myself unable to afford either kind of diapers.  I was sewing them out of anything I could get my hands onto.  Sheets, tshirts, you name it.  Since then I've taught anyone who wanted to learn how to sew their own.  They *are* expensive for a lot of people, made more so by moms who insist that expensive "exotic" fabrics are the only way to go when anything cotton works fine and even Walmart fleece make perfectly usable covers.  (and I've sewn a lot for women who didn't have a sewing machine)  The price of wool covers is astronomical compared to what you pay for a used wool sweater that'll make 3 covers easily.  I could never sell them.  In the end, I'm just a East Texas country girl who remembers when the WHOLE family had ONE set of baby furniture and clothes that made the rounds to whomever needed them at the time.  It's drilled into me.  One year, my poor teddy bear only had ONE outfit (for the ENTIRE year) because my cousin Tamera had been born. Smiley  She needed them more.  Lol  Smiley

Ok, I'm about to rant, I'm and it's a little bit OT, so y'all feel free to skip this, I just couln't think of anywhere else to go vent

One of my housemates stole a cake-pop. I know that I made exactly 12 of each flavour, becasue they sticks & storage bags are sold in packs of 12, and I had brought 2 packs especially, and use them all. and of course I'd counted them as I was making them, lots of times.
Now there are 12 caramel ones, but only 11 coffee ones.
Ok, so, big deal, one cake-pop, no biggie, right? But they are for my dad's birthday, and 12 is a set, and 24 fill the box perfectly. So now I have to send a box with one obviously missing.
and I am so mad!!
I don't mind people using my milk or borrowing a few slices of bread or eggs or whatever, but I really would have thought that a plate of cake-pops, sat in the fridge in their little bags all tied with bows... well, I'd have thought it was clearly not Ok to help yourself to that.
Even more annoying is, I had extra cake-y mix that I had make chocolate covered balls from  (like cake-pops but without the sticks) on the shelf below, I was gonna take them into work, and if my housemates had asked I'd have told them to help themselves!  (In fact, once the chocolate had set I was gonna leave a note to that effect).
Ugh, guys, sorry to rant, but I am just FUMING mad!!

I'm always up for swapping hexies, felt badges,or TM patches (or anything, really!) - PM me Cheesy

Noodle-bug- *HUGS* OMG that was so uncool of them!!! Angry Right now the ladies in my family would be soothingly saying things such as "It's a testament to how irresistible your cake pops are" and "This is really a compliment to your baking" and how everything is gonna be okay because it was just one. But that's because, when I was younger and had less control over myself, my bipolar self would have thrown the rest of the box at them for RUINING a precious gift. That was someone's PRESENT damn it!!!!! VERY not cool!!! (Also the boy chick and I have just a touch of OCD and physically could not send a box missing one. He'd just shut down. I'd make a WHOLE new batch just for one to replace the missing pop.) Sad smh. Very disrespectful of them.
That being said DON'T throw the remaining cake pops at them (though I don't know how you'd resist chewing them out).

I am a soap maker and I read a story that once upon a time a fellow soap maker made a soap cake. She worked tirelessly to scent the soap, pour the soap, decorate the soap with soap shavings (btw making soap shavings to decorate a soap cake is seriously tiring.), cure the soap, then slice the soap. A beautiful chocolate soap cake. Then she left the room, and heard a commotion in the kitchen where shed been working. She walked in to see that her hubby had picked up a slice of her soap cake AND PROCEEDED TO EAT IT thinking it was really a chocolate cake she'd made for her women's club.
Did I make you laugh? Smiley

I'm so sorry your roommate's a turd. *HUGS* What are you gonna do? Are you gonna gift it minus one (You can mix them all up so it LOOKS right) or are you gonna make more? They DO look scrumptious. It's amazing to me, if they were gonna snitch one, that they took only one. *HUGS*

ADORABLE House Pride cards!!

Noodle - I totally feel you!  That would definitely piss me off as well.  I'm sorry though I am sure your dad will understand.  In the meantime, I recommend a kick in the shins to your roommate.  Like all 3rd grade style.  Cause that stuff still hurts.

Midkiffs - Where in East Texas are you?!  I'm in Tyler  Smiley

Swapping up a storm here!  Totally open to personal swaps - I am always in need of awesome stuff Wink

Hmmm...I seem to have done it wrong. I saved the little house pride icon, but it didn't show up as my avatar. Any ideas what I did wrong?  Cheesy

Did you actually upload it?  It doesn't automatically become your avatar after saving it...  Wink  If you did upload it as your avatar and it's not showing up yet, then please check this thread for further info:  https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=119991.0#axzz2fpCktqTM
