This is my second romper to date.  I am actually really please as to how this one turned out, it's much more pleasing to my eye than my original attempt at a romper.  I think i'm a little late on this trend though, not to sure.

My original attempt looked like this

I am not the biggest fan of that one anymore, it made my butt look weird and I probably made the straps too short giving me a bit of a wedgie Tongue

For this romper I copied a pair of shorts I bought for like $3 at bluenotes that I liked the fit of and basically added a tube for the shirt with some elastic to keep it up.  Actually sewing it up took me maybe 2 hours, but I procrastinated on the construction for a while, I drafted and traced the pattern about a month prior to finishing the garment.
I think I like the inside more than the outside at times, because I finished off the seams professionally, like I learned in school.

Also I baffled myself a bit with my stitching Tongue

The pocket detail didn't come out exactly as I wanted, but it was a last minute decision and I wanted to make the pockets stand out a little on the back, it's a tiny bit crooked.

As usual comments and criticisms are welcome Cheesy

Very cute!  I'm lol @ your comment about the wedgie.  When these came into being in the 70's, known as "hot pants"  Cheesy I hated the wedgie aspect of them  Shocked but we wore them anyways, short and tight  Cheesy Cheesy
