well, at least my first attempt to use satin stitch on a sizeable area - I've done a tiny bit of it to fill small sections like nostrils before, but this is way bigger. It kinda went squewy at the end - so I'll use guidelines marked on the fabric below next time I think.

Such a clever quote.  I love the way the rainbow colors look against the beige-y/burlap colored background.  Very nice!!!
