Wow what fantastic packages!!!!  Love the skull garland so cool, some awesome crocheting skills.

The girls did a fantastic job on the birds.

Great packages! Like the garland although I'm not into skulls so much.
Now I'm really anxious that my package doesn't fulfill all the expectations Sad

I'll swap for postcards, badges, maps or brochures from everywhere in the US! I'm an English teacher and always happy about authentic material for my classroom.

WOW!  What an excellent start to this gallery!  I love the skull garland, the we live here sign and all those badges!  Awesome!

I received my goodies last week and have not had time to come upload them but here I am!  I am pretty sure Onyxnox was my super secret partner (but don't quote me on that LOL)

Scrabble Tile magnets

Scrabble and butterfly notecards- OMG these are amazing!!!!

A leather choker with 7 butterflies (that number and symbol is very special to me!)

A sewing/project bag with the most gorgeous butterfly fabric and OMG this is just made insanely well!  I love it!

And my favorite and my daughter's favorite (she hung it up as soon as she saw it, hence the odd picture), a butterfly mobile with 7 butterflies in blue/pink and with inspirational words with each butterfly!  This is GORGEOUS!  Wish I could get a better picture so you can all see it's amazingness!

Thank you so much for everything.  I love it all so much and yeah, this was so me.  Great job stalking me.  ~~Swap anxiety is high in this swap~~

I received from the awesome Avesthel today!
I am unable to take and post photos, so I am going to try my best to describe what a cool package Avesthel sent me.  Here goes:

I opened up the card she sent first.  I am assuming she made it herself, and it is great!  Cardboard card, black textured paper backing, and a bird cutout from some French language book.  I am going to save it.  On the inside of the card was a tiny purple origami envelope that had her name in it!  How clever!  My older DD is into origami,so I showed her it...dontcha know that she was able to refold it back into the envelope??!!  Wink

Inside the box were two white jewelry boxes...I like jewelry boxes.  Roll Eyes  In one box, was a necklace on a black silk cord.  On the necklace was a grouping of items, all on silver findings (my favorite):  a bee charm, a ladybug bead, and two shades of orange beads.  I am wearing it right now, and thinking how clever you are for making my screen name into a necklace!  Grin

The next jewelry box held a really interesting piece of jewelry, again, on a black silk cord.  It was a silver piece of metal, bent into a curlicue shape.  An assortment of orange, silver, and clear beads were attached to it with silver findings.  AMAZING!

In the box with that necklace, in a little brown drawstring bag, was a set of orange/silver earrings, which I am wearing right now as well!

You hit my likes right on the head, Avesthel...orange/ladybugs/silver/jewelry....and we've never even swapped before, either!  Cheesy

She ALSO sent my two DDs some goodies!  She bound her own journals, used ribbon closures on both, and sent a four color pen (with ribbon for decoration) with both!  My older DD is hard to please, but when she opened up the tissue paper and saw the journal, she stared at it and said:  "IT'S AWESOME!"

Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay!  So happy you and your DD's enjoyed the package!   Cheesy   I'm thrilled that your older DD was so happy with her journal that you enjoyed your jewelry!   Cheesy

Here are the photos of the things I sent to LadybugsAndBumblebees.   Smiley

The lovely bird card was made by Loves2Experiment for me in another swap.   Smiley    You can see another one here that I recently sent to A2K in a different swap:

(top left)

Inside the card, I wrote a note but did not reveal who I was.  Instead I hid my name in a purple note for her to open when she wanted and was done trying to guess.  Cheesy

The jewelry:

I made some jewelry inspired by her pinterest.   Smiley   To the pendants, I added black silk cords with sliding knots so it could be whatever length she wanted.   I forgot to take a photo of them after I added the cords though!

And for her daughters, I made them each a coptic stitch journal.   Smiley

I textured/painted/glitterfied the covers and added some charms to match in the coptic stitching.   A princess for one, and a kitty for the other.   Smiley

The journals have ribbon tie closures and one of those 4 color pens with ribbons to match for each girl.   Smiley
