Craftster means to me swapping.  A place where you can joyfully hand-make something for another person and know that it will be happily received and well appreciated.

Ever spend a bunch of time hand-making something for someone only to have them go "oh, handmade.... uh... awesome."  Swapping you don't have to worry about that, and I love it.  I can just make something that I want to make and not worry if the receiver will be annoyed at a handmade gift.

Here is a fun handmade gift I made for a swap partner in the one thing swap!  She loved Harry Potter just as much as I did and asked for perhaps a needlebook.  Hope I didn't disappoint.

Monster book of monsters!  Eeek!  Hurry stroke the spine before it bites!  Those beady black eyes are ready to strike!

Awwh, okay.  You did.  And what does it open to?  Why not a pages book, a needle book!  Complete with needles and string.  How fun.

Now that I look closer, he's so cute.  How tiny!  Only four inches across.

Hope he has found a good home at 1watermonkeys house!

Happy Anniversary Craftster!

This is the most adorable book I've ever seen!  Cheesy Really though, you did an amazing job getting the "Monster Book of Monsters" look down! I'm sure your partner loves it

This is great! I love monster things like this but can never find the monster fabric when I go out hunting for it.
