Yes!  One of the most interesting pieces was to see what people have gone on to, or how their art has changed. It's bittersweet.

Do you think you would come at the same characters differently now? Or is your esthetic completely different, now?

I loved how stylized she was, but still very clean.

I just read a comment on your Insta.  Art trades makes the world feel smaller (it was a piece going to Canada).

It truly does. Some of the ladies joined the discord, Norway, Australia, Germany, and Ireland? It was great to say hi to them this morning before work. All of us were here to connect over shared interests. Crazy for sure.

It's so true. Ihave made so many amazing friends all over the world through art and trading. It really makes the world feel smaller!

I really do think I would approach this in a completely different way now - my style has really evolved since then. She's really stylized, which I do like as well, but at that point, I wasn't really able to do it differently. Nowadays, I am so much more detailed in my work that I think it might be difficult to reduce to the simplicity of this.... Maybe it's time for a remake?

Well, of course I'm on board with it!

I would have a hard time stepping back from it. But so interesting to see 6 years of growth. That WOULD be a challenge!
