Maybe it's me but I read a macabre awesomeness in this. Since it's a helmet and supposed to protect your brain, then the helmet shows what "would be damaged" if certain parts of the helmet were crushed or at least which parts were saved.

This definitely rocks.

I stumbled upon your helmet while I was looking for other phrenologic references. This is so cool, I feel I have already failed at my own wee project! Love this.

That is just amazing!

AND you solved a decoupage problem I was having; the paper was too white but already sealed.  I used black and brown acrylic paint instead of coffee in the glue, but you held the key!  Thanks!
