I just read VegJess's intro and thought it was a fun way to break the ice. So I thought I'd open with some of my own random quirkiness.
 Roll Eyes
I have a chronic case of "Oh I can make That!" which leads to an over abundance of ideas that are sometimes (ok usually) like a tangled heap of fabulous ribbons and fibers, just waiting to be sorted.
I have a love affair with coffee.
I have 13 chickens that I adore.
I am a non-conformist.
I like movies, but don't watch TV.
I believe creating can heal.

I really am happy to be here and look forward to creating a Lot! Creating friends, memories, and hopefully some really awesome stuff with my hands
Now I can't wait for a month to fly by so I can start swapping!!

Love it! :-D I find it so awesome that you have chickens! And I am guilty of the first thing on your list too... Lips sealed I recently found my stash of unopened candle-making supplies that I bought 5 years ago, lol. Getting better though :-).

I was in the shower and was enjoying my new bar of homemade soap from the farmers market and started thinking about how great it would be to make your Own yummy soap! Haha  Cheesy
Finding that old handle making stash would be like Christmas for me!! I want to see pics of you making some k!?

My chickens are hilarious and recommend that anyone that can should have some. They really are fun, and serve a very good purpose as well.

I look fwd to meeting more of y'all "Old Stalkers" So many talented people here!

Shocked it's awesome that you buy your soap from the farmers market too!! LOL just the other day my fianc was laughing as we were leaving the market and telling me how funny he thought it was that I bought my soap by the pound from the market, lol. :-D

When I was growing up we had chickens running around at my granny's house. I live within city limits now and chickens aren't a welcomed option in these parts :-/.

Hello there CraftyChicky! Glad to 'meet' you! I'm also a believer in crafting can heal as it's a big part of my therapy for MS.
You're going to find the number one best thing about craftster is the people followed by the inspiration & motivation to make stuff! If you're really inspired with soap...you'll be making your own in no time! Here's a great place to start: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=326837.0#axzz2Zv44AXyI
