I would say a scarf or dishcloths are your best bet for a first knitting project.  Fingerless mitts are not all that hard, but they are not for beginners!

I had to giggle when I saw this pic artista - because we've been throwing back the Mucinex like mad in this house the last few weeks, too!

I would love some soap too! Since I haven't seen it in here yet maybe I'll give it a try, but I've never done it before so we'll see!

be careful! from what i have read cold press is dangerous! but omg i love it. i have pics of some awsome soaps like what i mean in my soaps pinterest.

in other news the faces are all done baking and are ready. it was hard trying different styles but kinda fun too. cant wait to see what you do with them leap!

i plan on making a bunch of lil faces maybe and adding them to my shop, but they probably will be the more detailed kind. it was difficult trying to do less detailed. i would try it again sometime though if wanted.

still sick but feeling much better at the moment! was looking around for something to get with my one remaining point atm. the problem is everything i want seems to be more lol. anyone going to add any new stuff tonight?  i wanna see more stuffs lol. i may add more stuff tonight. working on the other two faces for the claim. then who knows what i may make tonight...gotta craft while i have a lil better feelin lol. so anyway, i think i am well enough if anyone wants to claim some art or somethin.

hey is anyone in here going to make some homemade soap? i know of a couple people in this swap looking for it hint hint. i do not make it. although i swear i have this thing just chillin in my house of four (3same 1 diff) soap thingies. they are already soap but apparently you melt it down to shapes or add stuff in it or something. it was a soap making kit thing that i got that i never figured how to use lol. who knows maybe i will put it in my shop or something, no idea. please pm me if anyone puts more stuff in there shop tonight. i just looked, cool stuff so far! i love that necklace with all the charms, but i am allergic to metal, so i cant wear anything that doesnt have a rope or leather on the part for the neck. cord whatnot.

was wondering about that how to knit magazine. that is for someone that hasn't knit bf right? does it say how to make something like fingerless gloves? if so could it come with whatever knitting needle set would be good size for fingerless gloves? as that is really what i want to learn how to knit lol. and i have a yarn collection going lol

I have some scents and colors that can be used for that kind of soap if you wanted to give it a try, or I might be interested in claiming if it were in your shop depending where I am point-wise at the time.

**I added some more bibs, going back to work on an apron, some headbands, and considering making some felt wreaths like the one below

I am totally stalking all of your Pintrests for ideas, so if you have requests for things, that's where I am getting some ideas at least hahaha Wink
