Thanks everyone for the lovely blocks.  I think it will be a while before I assemble the quilt top.  I didn't say anything during the swap, because I didn't really want to talk about it, but August was a rough month.  I went in for my 20 week ultrasound, and we were told there was a problem with the baby.  The next week I was admitted to the hospital for induction.  Our son passed away 3 hours after he was born.  Since the quilt was supposed to be for him I can't really bring myself to work on it right now.  I really appreciate everyones work, and apologize for not having a quilt top to show you all.

Oh Lisa, I'm so so sorry. I'm sure everyone understands COMPLETELY that that will not be something you want to work on right now.

I'm not part of this swap, but I read the post, and I want to offer my condolences on the passing of your son.

Lisa, I'm so terribly sorry for your loss. I can't imagine how difficult it must have been and must still be. Peace be with you.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, Lisa.  My thoughts and prayers go out to both you and donniesgirl as you cope with a terrible sadness.
