I think I am a bit too OCD to do a random grab...it obviously works well as the color and pattern distribution on all three are lovely, sloth!

Yes, I think we all need to take a little break and put our quilt blocks together!!!

Organizer's Note

I have gotten a bunch of PMs with shipping/sent status. I will update in another day or two. We had an unexpected death in the family Monday. Thanks for your patience.

Sorry for your loss...take care of yourself and your family.

If you need any help, please be sure to let a swap mod know, but I think we should all be ok here...

Donniesgirl - so very sorry for your loss. Don't know which is worse - the long drawn out deaths we expect or the sudden ones that blindside us. Both can be so painful. Wishing you the peace that family, love, and the passage of time can bring.

Sloth, love the way your blocks came together. Think I'm going to have to do a few more rounds before I have enough blocks to finish my quilts since I want them to be queen-size.

Sorry to hear, Donniesgirl, take your time!

I could never do random grab assembly, my pattern recognition is far too overactive, and if I don't work really hard to accomplish "random", I will always see pooling of patterns or colors in my own work. I'm always so impressed by people who just DO random-style crafts. It doesn't work for me.

I really thought I was going to have a lot more trouble with the stars but in reality, I had more trouble with random scrappy stuff...that surprised me...I am trying to come up with a way to help me see which way pinwheels need to go...I decided marking the hypotenuse of the triangle would be the best way for me to orient my vision...

btw--did you guys see the awesome Halloween bag krbison made with a star?  It is in the Weekend Halloween Swap...it is fabulous!

Thanks - it has been a rough few days, but I'm back now.

I think I've updated everyone's status, but if anything looks off, please PM me.  For the folks who are done, I will try to update status in the Craftster system later today.
