well this isnt on harry hines, but there's a bead shop on lovers & inwood called "beading dreams" - the owner is super nice & they've recently started staying open on sundays...

There's a place at Coit & Campbell in N. Dallas called "Beadworks." I've never been in there but it sounds like a bead place, right? There's also Kitrell-Rifkin (spelling?), an art glass studio that likely has beads. I have some beautiful earrings from that place. It's located at Monfort and Belt Line in Addison or Addison-ish Dallas.

(Not anywhere near Harry Hines... but just thought I'd put that out there. Good luck in your shopping endeavors!)

its not like, wendy's sized or walmart sized. a small store in a strip mall thing basically

head west on lovers past the tollway. on the right hand side on the road near "park cities b & b" (bakery, not bread & breakfast) and several nail salons and spa places is an awning with a sign that says "beading dreams"
if you get to inwood you've gone too far

let me know if you need more directions or anything :-)
