Is there somewhere that I can get a tutorial on that skirt? It is awesome!!
what I did was measure out six rectangles that were 10" in height and 50" in width. then I did two pleats an inch from the bottom of the three strips.

then i measured out six rectangles that were 5" in height and 60" in length, folded it in half and gathered the top edge with elastic thread (so it stretches out when I sew it on the tiers).

I then sewed all the tiers and ruffles together and ended up with two massive rectangles, which I sewed the sides and gathered the top with an elastic waistband.

took two days >.< be prepared to do some crazy edge-sewing.

And I uploaded the skeleton stencil if anyone wanted to use it:

Do you mean bottom of the 6 pieces??( in the first sentace) I'm kind of confused.
