This is a little paperpieced pattern I designed a few months ago. I made the first one for a swap I was in.

It's a free pattern I offer on my blog: http://artisania.files.wordpress.com/2010/06/lil-hedgehog.pdf

I also just finally blogged about it and showcased some of the projects that have featured the little guy.

If anyone gives it a go, please please post your pictures here!

This is so cute!! I loved looking through all of the hedgehog projects on your blog.

I've never made quilt block this complex but you've inspired me to try Smiley. Thanks for sharing your pattern!

Cute!  A friend of mine loves hedgehogs... she is adopting a little girl.  I may use your hedgehog in her baby's quilt.  Smiley

This is way too cute! I am going to put this on a baby quilt I am making with his name and day he is born for the tag to show it was made by me. Might make a hot pad for myself.
My 2 hedgehogs are going to be jealous.
Thanks for sharing!

This is totally adorable! Growing up we had hedgehogs hibernating in our garden's compost heap and be waiting in the spring for them to come out. Cutest critters  ever.

We have an adorable hedgehog ourselves. I think I will make us a lap quilt that she can hide under while we have her out!

This is crazy cute! I wish I knew how to quilt because I want one so bad! I've always had major problems with cutting out fabric and it seems that in something like this being precise would be important.
