Checking in! Hitting up my local craft supply this weekend for the filler items Smiley Morsbag was complete last week, although I think I might make another and decide between the two. It almost feels wrong having an item done so quickly.  Huh

I know the feeling. My bag is finished and I'm finishing up my main filler item today and hopefully will ship early next week.

Let me 'splain. No, there is too much. Let me sum up.

Hey all,  Checking in.  Tried a new way to finish the top of the bag.  I'll post a tute once my partner receives.

That sounds interesting; I'll be looking forward to it!

I'm happy to say that the bag is no longer just in my head:  I finished the morsbag for my partner today!  Yay!  Now on to the extras!

Hello, so sorry I've not been communicating well, I've just had the most horrible week, I'm in my last weeks of work in a department I am really not enjoying and it feels like forever since I've had a day off! I've come home most nights in tears  Sad

I'm still searching for the perfect fabric, I'm going to a little shop I know of which is my go to whenever all else fails, I'm thinking of trying a bit of appliqu for the bag and I have a few ideas for my extras, just need to speak to my partner! I'm going to spend Thursday crafting :-)

Must try harder!

Sorry for my lack of communication on here as well.  We were out of town for the canadian long weekend last week, and this week were busy with the beginning of the "end of the year" activities for all the kidlets.  I've been enjoying reading my partner's blog and pinterest stuff and have the perfect fabric for her bag.  I have a few extras in mind so now I need to figure out which to do.  I have this whole week free to sew and craft, can't wait Smiley

Just finished an extra that was inspired by something on my partners Pinterest.
I am really pleased with it, so I hope she likes it, too! Smiley
