This is my second Allons-y hoop that I've made in a swap. This one is kickin' it with katpac now. Grin I may need to make one for myself soon.

I used satin floss on a cotton background.



And accented it with clear glass seed beads.

I used three stitches, satin stitch for the thick parts of the words, split stitch for the thin lines and then a back stitch for framing my satin stitching.  I just tacked the beads on with a loop.  The floss is satin floss and I loved the way it turned out, but it was not my friend while I was stitching.  Wink
