I decided to make my boys quilts (at the urging of my stepmom) to go along with their LSU themed room remodel. I made the tops and my stepmom (who is the proud owner of a longarm) helped me quilot them. After a week of looking at the "quilt sandwich" I bit down my fear of binding and got after it!

There are some bobbles, but I am happy with them and my twins love them.

Twin #1 - Purple Binding

Twin #2 - Yellow bindning

These are beautiful- and what an awesome thing for the two of them to have made especially for them!  Cheesy

Awesome! I'm glad you got past the binding! Cheesy It's fun to see what a difference a different color binding makes to similar quilts!

I agree MareMare! I used the exact same strips and the same number, but the quilt with the yellow binding looks yellow and the one with purple binding looks purple. Smiley
