Are the two other stencils hunger games related? They're so tiny in the picture, but they look absolutely awesome!

I'm so glad you liked everything Eiseldora! I am not great at traditional art like painting so I was nervous about painting the light cover but I was happy with how it turned out! Now I'm going to have to try to replicate the process to make one for myself.  Grin

The stencils are plastic so they are reusable and they were a Dalek with Souflee, Classic Mockingjay, the Mockingjay from the cover of the third book and then Serenity in chinese symbols from Firefly. Smiley

Ok my partner violetbellerophon, is having technical difficulties so I'll be sharing the pics I took before sending! Smiley

I had so much fun crafting and shopping for her! She loves steampunk, altered art journals, elephants, and octopuses. I made ruffled victorian wrist cuffs, a gear throat adornment, an octopus like a sir ami, a tiny elephant ami, and a pin cushion/jar. I filled the jar with steampunkish buttons and doodads, and included some store bought goodies for her. A moth zipper bracelet, an earthworm jim pin, distress embossing, distress crackle, a steampunk goggle pin, and an old book for altered art.

Also I would like to say thank you. Your interests reignited my love of art and inspired me to start my own visual journal Smiley

Ok, just sayin' I LOVED it all!!  She spoiled me completely rotten!  The wrist cuffs are amazing... I kinda wore em all day yesterday lol

If I helped you find your will to art journal... my life is now complete.  I find such joy in that particular hobby, that I ended up teaching a class to 3-8th graders.  I hope you continue to find your inspiration in unexpected places every single day!
