further experiments using sugar to create hollow polymer clay forms

an extrension of my pressed damp sugar method (https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=420721.0#axzz2Mm77nf6c ) but using boiled sweets in place of sugar

each of the beads measures 3.5cm in length by 2.5 cm wide
im really pleased with how this turned out, bit of a change from bangles too Grin

this was made using the same method. i made the bead form over a 'pear drop'

I'm a little confused.  Do you bad it on the sweet and the boil the baked piece to get it out?  Sorry if this was already answered somewhere!

This is enchanting!  I am new to polymer clay but am fascinated with mold-making and hollow beads.  I was day-dreaming about ways to achieve this and did think of using sugar somehow, but that is as far as I got!  I am really ecstatic to find this.  Sublime creation!  Thank you!
